Mentor Coaching

My personal journey toward becoming a certified, credentialed coach has been truly life changing for me. One of the things I’m passionate about is supporting other coaches as they pursue their professional goals. As a PCC I am qualified to serve as a mentor coach for individuals pursuing an ICF credential. As a CPCC I am also qualified to serve as a mentor coach for individuals pursuing certification through the Co-Active Training Institute. My Mentor Coaching program is designed to:

  • Support the coach/client in self-discovery and personal/professional growth

  • Deepen the coach/client’s learning around the practice of coaching, the ICF competencies and/or the Co-Active Coaching cornerstones, skills and tools.

  • Create a safe space to practice, falter and improve coaching skills

Group Coaching

Now more than ever, leaders are seeking a sense of community. Group coaching is a great way to gain the benefits of coaching while enjoying the support and connection of a learning cohort. Our F.I.N.D. (Frame. Imagine. Navigate. Do) Group Coaching Program, offered in partnership with J Rohmer Coaching, is a structured six-month program. Team Coaching

Effective teams are a critical element of any organization. A team coaching engagement will help your team create a stronger culture and improve its performance. Stating with an initial Team Effectiveness Survey, we will develop a custom Team Coaching engagement to support the team in achieving the goals established through the survey. Methods from Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching will focus on the system itself, beyond the individuals in it. A follow up survey will measure the effectiveness of the actions and help identify reinforcement mechanisms in the areas of Team Productivity and Team Culture.

Assessments and Diagnostics

We offer a variety of assessment and diagnostic tools to help identify areas for development and ways to maximize leadership effectiveness. These are available either as part of a coaching engagement or as a stand-alone service. Included are access to the assessment itself, individualized reports, interpretation by a certified practitioner and a 60-minute debrief session.

  • Hogan Assessments: Based on the Five-Factor Model of Personality, the Hogan Assessments include:

    • The Hogan Personality Inventory which describes how we relate to others when we are at our best

    • The Hogan Development Survey describes qualities that emerge when under stress or not self-monitoring

    • The Motivations, Values, Preferences Inventory describes the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain.

  • Coaching Mindset Index®: The CMI is a targeted assessment that helps leaders understand their natural coaching style and learn how to flex that style when necessary. By providing practical and intuitive insights for development, leaders can use the CMI to translate self-awareness about their coaching style into more effective leadership. The CMI is the ideal assessment for organizations seeking lasting and transformative leader-as-coach benefits.

  • Deeper Signals Core Driver Diagnostic: Based on the Five-Factor Model of Personality, the Core Drivers Diagnostic looks at 12 Core Drivers each of which describes a set of behavioral strengths, risks and preferences that can provide insight on leadership style and inform an individual’s development plan.

  • Values In Action (VIA) Survey of Character Strengths: Character Strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel and behave. By taking the VIA Survey you will discover your unique character strengths profile. Knowing and applying your highest character strengths is the key to you being your best self.

  • AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey: Research shows that teams fundamentally require two basic ingredients to function effectively: Team Culture (how it feels to be on the team) and Team Productivity (how work gets done). Designed by AIIR Consulting, the 36-item Team Effectiveness Survey measures specific strengths and weaknesses so that teams clearly understand where they’re strong and what they need to work on. The assessment measures six main dimensions, three within Team Productivity (Alignment, Execution, Learning & Adapting), and three within Team Culture (Trust & Safety, Cohesion, Dialogue). This service includes three sessions with the team leader and one with the full team to understand the results and define specific actions.
